At my last job, management made us feel so unimportant and small. Now that I’ve moved on to somewhere else I’m finding it hard to feel part of a new team who actually appreciates my work.
How do you move from just surviving at work to actually belonging again?

That’s such a real feeling, it takes time to unlearn that old environment. I’ve been there too, and what helped was allowing myself to trust small moments again: positive feedback, collaboration, being included. Slowly you realise not every workplace is like the last one.
