2 T-Systems (part of Deutsche Telekom NOT TSYS)
3 Augnito (Voice AI based product, I'll work on .net MVC)
4 Solve Advisors (financial structured product)
5 Korn Ferry (HCM domain, product dev team)
6 Microsoft-vendor (contract) employee on 3rd party payroll

Tech stack:
.net, react, sql, azure

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I have had salary discussion with IBM on 9th Feb, awaiting offer letter. Erverytime I call HR, she says you'll get offer letter within 2 days. No luck yet. Does anyone have idea within how many days IBM releases offer letter.

I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. I am underpaid almost 30% in cyber security field how can I explain manager to increase my salary actually for some reason I don't want to Switch for next some months and I got to know from one trusted person in company our manager have forwarded our 4-5 employee name for appraisal due to many employee leaving company so should I take counter offer and show them before appraisal mail come or after appraisal mail ??

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? If yes what would be a subtle way to do so?

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?
