I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

I realized that about 3-4 years ago, I worked very briefly with this individual when he was an employee of Company B and I was working on a client project for them. I know we aren’t supposed to name our previous clients on interviews, but if he happens to recognize my name and asks if I did work with Company B before, would you all say yes, and essentially name a previous client on an interview?

I have a lease with my landlord in NYC. He is selling the unit. Am I going to be pushed out by the new owner? I’m still ok till my lease termination date regardless right? I guess that’s all I care about.

I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. All conflicts/background check went smoothly etc. Since accepting my offer, the firm has increased their 1st year pay across the board to be higher than my offer was (which was, at the time, what 2nd yeas got). When should I reach out to the recruitment attorney leading up to my start date? Or should I? (Haven't spoken since May) Should I bring up the salary or just assume its higher?

This is super weird but I feel like I can’t relate easily to people. My total YoE is 14 years. I know pretty long stay in TCS. I am happy with the work though I am not a project lead or in some manager position.
