This site is biased, full stop. I have been suspended for citing statistics, stating biological facts, agreeing with voter ID, denouncing anti-white racism, supporting the unborn, and advocating deportations. I have had the same people repeatedly call me actual hateful names and advocate for my murder with no consequences whatsoever. I'll be told that conservatives are allowed to post, but you what you say has to be so sanitized and non-specific that it is next to impossible to give any kind of a counterargument. Jack Dorsey's Twitter was a free speech haven compared to this place.
Staff is absolutely unhelpful. They refuse to do anything about all the false flagging, despite their useless warning against it. They couldn't care less that posts that objectively meet every guideline get removed and the contributors suspended or banned. I would be ashamed to be so unprincipled in my job, but it's the standard in this bastion of censorship.

OHS, what on earth are you trying to say? Are you claiming that PHS’s racist meltdown over Mamdani was just him posting factual information?

Yeah, got my wrists slapped a few months back. Apparently suggesting somebody needed their teddy bear was insensitive and triggering. But implying or outright calling people a deplorable, racist Nazi is OK. Double standards abound. Had voices on the left received such scoldings, ……well, I don’t want to say something that can be construed as insulting, insensitive, or generally unfriendly in nature, even if true.
I had a post deleted because I was sarcastic. It wasn't remotely extreme. Some people have thin skins.
I may have also accurately described the negative impact of certain practices that have recently been (finally) disavowed by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the AMA. Some people can't stand the heat of real political debate.

Ok, I think I can see part of the problem here: someone posted a "vile, unverifiable opinion about a political figure" and then you (or a hypothetical third poster) reversed the comparison back on the original poster.
Honestly, political figures in this venue are abstractions, not real people. They exist in the great out there to be critiqued, hated, loved, whatever, but they are not interacting with people in this bowl. The people commenting in this bowl are real, however, and returning "vile, unverifiable opinion' back on the OP can certainly be considered abuse.
Let me put it this way: if I posted that Donald Trump is a pigf@#$%r, he's an abstraction, he's not here and I'm not bullying him. If someone gets good and boiling angry at me for saying that and reversed the name on me, it could certainly be construed as abuse.
That said, I'm not here to 'be helpful" as the tired cliche goes, I'm here to throw gasoline on the flames. I've been pretty piercing with my comments to a certain poster, and I got a warning once for being abusive. Apparently that was my first, two ore could lead to my account being suspended or deleted.

Trump is objectively racist. Come on, dude. Did you listen to his latest screed against Somalis? His lies about Haitian immigrants *eating pets*? His relentless attacks on Obama and claims that he wasn’t born here? What does it take for a conservative to admit a person is racist? Do they have to drop the hard R? I’m guessing even that wouldn’t be enough these days. Rich Lowry let one slip on Megyn Kelly’s show and nobody seemed to care.
I appreciate the alert. We’ll keep that in mind.

I really don't know the basis of decisions to suspend or block someone.
Is it that someone says something about a political figure, or about the person who posted it? These would be very different scenarios.
Example
1. I hate (insert politicians name).
2. I hate all people who voted for (insert politicians name).
IDK what originally happened, but you can see how 2 is a much bigger problem than 1 right?
I have big problems with the report and suspension process here.
But if it was you that got reported, you can’t post if you are suspended.
Was it someone else that you are referring to?

What’s the specific incident in question here?
What happened to freedom of speech?
Two things:
1. Freedom of Speech is not freedom from consequence. Basic Civics.
2. The First Amendment protects us from the government, not private entities.

Now, now…to be fair, they are equal opportunity red flaggers; they do, in fact, red flag both sides. I got flagged for stereotyping. What I should have said instead was:
“I saw a single man wearing a single t-shirt that said:
‘I don’t care if he is a pedophile’”
Fact: one single tee (apparently) probably just him, no other tee-shirts were printed. Just this single one. No stereotype. Just one guy printed a single tee that read: ‘ I DONT CARE IF HE IS A PEDOPHILE’ (I saw it with my own eyes-can’t make it up).
Come on…don’t red flag me again! It’s not stereotyping 😀
Hey anyway…where are those pesky unredacted Epstein files?!

Do we even know what this post is about? Who got suspended? How does OP know they were suspended?

PHS was not suspended over that comment.
