Been looking for work for a year and a half. Had two back to back layoffs within 15 months of each other. Unemployment ran out a year ago. Savings are completely gone. Hundreds of apps. About a 10% response rate, and I’ve made it to final rounds about 40% of the time I’ve gotten interviews. I’ve opened my search up to other industries and I’m upskilling, but no one cares about certs or theoretical knowledge, only business experience. Any advice for me?
