BGV: Cognizant paid extra salary after LWD + EPFO overlap

"Need advice on BGV. I left Cognizant on Aug 1, 2022 (have Relieving Letter). However, they paid me an extra month's salary and marked my EPFO exit as Sept 13.

I started a non-PF internship at Virtusa on Aug 12.

1. Will the extra salary/PF overlap flag 'Dual Employment' even if I have a valid Aug 1st Relieving Letter?

2. Should I proactively show the refund receipt of the extra salary to my new BGV team?
