I don't have super curly hair but I live in the south and humidity makes my hair grow. I actually love trader Joe's hair serum. Its been my favorite product for frizz control and the price is too good!
I’ve got a very loose curl pattern but believe it or not I’ve had a lot of success with JVN’s Air Dry Cream

Unsure what your hair texture is like, but I’ve had success with Innersense products - they have different formulas for various hair types!

You need to identify your hair structure before figuring out what works for you. Pattern and most other products including innersense (as suggested by AD1) did not work on my hair. Went through a 2yr journey to realize heavy butters and castor oil mess up my hair. I currently use olaplex or isima leave-in followed by AG curl activator. Most curls folks would say no-no to dimethicone but it works fine on my hair.
