New grad ('24) started a Business Analyst contract role in Nov via agency. After 1 week, was told to WFH due to onboarding delays. Boss stayed in touch for a while, said to log hours, but now ignores us. Still getting paid but no work in 8+ months. Agency says they can’t escalate. I'm panicking over the resume gap, no experience, and how to explain this. What should I do? How can I move forward or get real work? Grateful for advice.
