Hi, I recently got an offer at GM as an entry level software developer with a base salary of 65k. Since it is the lowest offer in my bundle and I want to work at GM, I sent emails attempting to negotiate my salary. I first emailed my recruiter about 2 weeks ago and still no response. I emailed the 2nd recruiter and I got one reply but not any answers to my requests. Lastly, I emailed the person who set up the interview 2 days ago. I don’t know if they went back on the offer? Any advice? Thanks

What is the salary range for a Principal Consultant and Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle?

I'm really struggling with hiring, I'm still new to it. I offer a fair wage for where I live ($15/hour), and I need two people so that one doesn't isn't in the shop every day. I've had two employees now who left without notice. I don't want to overwhelm the person I still have but I count on delegating to get everything done on time. How do you find reliable people to hire, and what should I watch out for?

I have a job offer from VISA inc (Bangalore) and Tata 1mg (Gurgaon) at a relatively same package. The perks of VISA are no doubt better but not able to decide from career perspective. At VISA its CIT team (So in case anyone from same team please share more deeper insights). Which one to join.

My family knows that I am appearing for interviews regularly and attending calls from multiple HR's frequently. Appeared for around 25interviews, failed in all of them. In some the requirement did not match, in some I could not perform well.
I have been a top performer at my current org, but after failing so much I feel low now.
My family is my strength,but deep down I am feeling are they starting to think that I am a waste at my work.Don't know if this is becoming painful inside me.

Currently in finance ops group at a PE shop in Canada. In late stages of interview process w GS in NYC for similar role but at the Associate level. All indications point to an offer being imminent but I have concerns with 1) title (junior VP’s in the group have +1/-1 YOE than me, 2) base feels a bit light given I have 9+ YOE (job description says top end is US$160K)…Nervous for a change as current role is very comfy but nothing ever grows in comfort zones. Any suggestions for breaking into the financial industry in the US? Currently based in Europe, been in banking for three and half years in a front-office role and about to finish an executive program in International finance. Moving to an upper tier bank in February and was planning to do an MBA in the US and get a job there in two-three years. I just turned 26 but not sure if moving up the ladder and then ask for a transfer there will be the quickest move. Any thoughts?
