I have a hard stop of 5:30 PM. Whatever doesn't get done by then gets done the next day. I don't think it's healthy for me to be so available and to be so reactive all the time, because my time is just as important as company time. I know it doesn't necessarily help with the overwhelm, but it's a mental reframe that has been a huge game-changer for me.
You need to do a hard stop at whatever time you're supposed to get off at. The work isn't that urgent that it can't wait until tomorrow.

I agree with the comments above, but I tend to go though some urgent take that are smaller than others so I still manage to feel like I do a fair load of urgent tasks
