Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

The interviews are structured and have a decent amount of rigidity in how feedback is given, but there’s also enough room imo to clear those doubts.
There's some things you can't prep for, I agree, your vibe does come across in an interview and may influence ratings
We have panel interviews so these gut feelings get averaged out by facts & data points when we have the debrief discussion.

I am in cloud - I look for people that 1) Have the experience to run huge projects, 2) can talk tech / business to CIOs, Architects, and Engineers, 3) super nice people that are super humble. Most people get dinged for #1 and #2 during my interviews
