Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case.
