If top firms were really committed to DEI, wouldn’t they just hire more unrepresented SAs rather than making them advertise that they were hired as a part of some woke initiative?

I have a yearly income of 130k and will rent a 1Br/Studio in Manhattan from 2.4-3k by end of the year. I also have student loans of 28.5k which I intend to pay off in an year or so. I intend to save about 3k for the next 3 months in my Marcus Savings Acc and 1.5k from January (reducing it cos my rent doubles) How should I go about planning this and also have some emergency savings?

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. My colleagues called me because they were confused on why the Talent Manager dismissed me from the chat. I didn’t know what they were referring to. So I called my PM to ask what was happening, and she said that she just got off the phone with the TM and said they were terminating my contract on the spot due to me speaking up about micromanaging. No explanation just kicked out. Advice?
