Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.

I’ve been having a super hard time concepting lately, especially knowing that the “concept” will mostly serve as a sticker to slap on the cover of a CVA and the top of a website. I feel like every pharma concept I’ve ever seen or created becomes so cheesy once it appears in tactics. Does anyone have any examples of HCP creative (non-DSA) that is both impactful and translates well into pharma tactics?

I am a Sales Executive with over 16 years over experience with FedEx. During the Pandemic I took a risk and moved to a different industry. Unfortunately my new company was greatly impacted by the pandemic and on Thursday I lost my job due to downsizing.

Hello! I noticed some similar questions to the one I am about to ask and I apologize if I am being repetitive but I didn’t see this specifically (I am new so sorry if I am missing it). I am a RN and have been for 15 years. I was looking to transition into health tech but has been a bit more challenging than I expected. So, I have been working on trying to get in as a SDR but I am also taking a course for my PMP certification. Is this of value or should I focus on something else?

Has anyone successfully made a transition from IBD as an analyst/associate directly to MBB consulting without an MBA? Currently trying to make this move - any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I’m in my second year on getting my MBA from university of San Francisco. I’ve a question regarding a higher position in the aviation industry. Currently I work as a cabin operation supervisor at ABM industry here in San Francisco international airport, my manager had mentioned that I’d apply to the Operation manager position that’s just open a couple days ago. If anyone works on the same field, what’s the minimum yearly salary for this position should be? Thank you!

They all feel connected in a cycle I can’t escape bc it’s all cause and effect ending up back where it started. I can’t find where to break the toxic cycle of negative in my life or how to make those circumstances better. I feel my life has backed me into a corner. I took FAR in Aug and AUD last week. Didn’t pass FAR and feeling like I may have passed AUD. My original NTS for them runs out on dec 18. If I get a new NTS for one of them to take before busy season do I have to wait to take it until after my original NTS runs out?
