I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

Sometimes I feel like the world works against me. I was put on corticosteroids for three years in a row during college, each time making me gain 10lbs after treatment. I have hypothyroidism and PCOS and it’s really difficult to lose weight no matter how much I exercised or ate less. I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Is it true that except behavioural and harrasment ground; TCS will not fire anyone? Due to bad performance; unallocation, "stay in bench for more than a month" cause any job threat in TCS just like other organization?
