CCMP App Experience Section!

I am working on completing the ACMP CCMP cert application. The experience section asks me to explain my CM experience as it relates to Standard. How did folks format this section? Paragraph/narrative? Bullet points? How much detail did you include?
An example would be so awesome.

I can do my job better than 87 percent of the people who have my job title. Maybe 88 percent. Still unemployed

Who is currently hiring entry-level OCM consultants? My close friend studied communications and organizational change, but found their way into logistics. They are looking for opportunities and I think they would be a much better fit as a consultant. My company’s hiring cycle ended so I’m seeing if I can help point them in the right direction before next year. Appreciate any pointers on certs that might help too!
