Title: Frustrating MCQ-Focused Process

I cleared every coding challenge (Java/Python), SQL, HTML/CSS/JS task yet got rejected for scoring 6/10 MCQs instead of 7+.
It’s infuriating that hands-on problem-solving is ignored while trivial theory questions decide your fate.
The platform and time were fair, but real-world coding skills meant nothing. Cognizant should urgently rebalance assessments to value practical abilities over rote MCQs.

Someone on LinkedIn expressed disappointment about the lack of diversity from the big law firms in TX that were posting pics of their summer associates. A managing partner commented that he thought the post might be about a pic he posted (12/14 SAs were white). He tried to defend this by saying that they had LGBT and socioeconomic diversity. The fact that he recognized that his pic might be part of the problem says it all. Law firms need to do better. Sorry, I just wanted to rant.

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?
