In an economic environment that can flip drastically if one powerful player is upset because his fried egg yolk was a little too runny that morning we can't really develop a battle plan. Logic and reason are already MIA and fear and despair are gaining ground. The best businesses can do is depend on common sense, sound judgment, and appropriate budgeting. My political philosophy leans toward businesses emphasizing people over profits for two or three years until some semblance of stability returns. Of course, you know what that sounds like. This particular "S" word isn't a four-letter word, but half the politicians think it is.
Focus on growing, staying strong and keeping a positive outlook. It's like using the struggles as a stepping stones for personal and professional development. I believe this mindset will help in navigating whatever comes our way in the new year.
