Hi Fishes,

I have joined one of the top 4 Indian private bank as a Campaign Manager in 2019, after 3 years of campaign management I recently got into a product Manager role to learn PM Skills. However, 1 month into the new role I realised that there's no scope to learn PM Skills other than basic Project management. Request your suggestions & referrals to move into proper Prod Man role. Am open for any course suggestions too🙂

I am currently interviewing in the hope having TikTok on the CV could help boost my credentials for future MAANG roles?

Other TikTokers share their experiences and perks of working there?

Truly grateful for any insight.

Thanks

On Amazon, a role’s title is Sr. Manager but when reading the job description it says Senior Program Manager. Does that mean the salary will be that of a Senior Program Manager (L6)?

I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?

I received a job offer from a PI firm (MVA and tractor trailer cases) in Houston, Texas; the bonus proposed was 2.5% of attorney’s fees for any cases settled each quarter. We are assigned 50 cases a quarter and the top attorney clears $25K each quarter. This is my first time working at a PI firm. Can anyone share any guidance? Is 2.5% industry standard? Is it realistic to settle/resolve that many cases? I am trying to learn more about this niche before I counter-offer and attempt to negotiate.

Hello all, I'm a very green attorney, never tried a single case or even was second or third chair, but managed to land a litigation associate position at a Plaintiff's firm. Does anyone remember their first trial? How did you feel and how did it turn out by comparison? Anything you wish you did differently?
I know in THEORY what the process of trials are but thanks to COVID I haven't been able to observe them in real life so I'm very nervous for the day I finally enter a courtroom.

I'm a 6th year attorney in NYC. Strictly defense work; started out with the City Law Dept, did a year and a half of med mal/construction, and for past year and a half have been at a well known defense firm working on high exposure construction accident cases.
