Continuation of my first post… I love that I am at one school now the problem is I have a day in my schedule that allows for subbing or filling in a class where the help is needed. I think the consistency has been messing with me since sometimes my schedule is inconsistent. I can run late in my classes sometimes and I believe it’s not from cleaning up in time. How much time should I give an elementary class time to clean up I have done 5-10 min I feel like I can’t justify doing any more time…

What was the hardest class year for you? I used to think first year was by far the hardest but now I’m a third year and I’m really feeling the pressure to step up. I work in finance and at this point I’m expected to handle closing documents, manage first years, draft some portions of major docs, etc. I feel like I’m always frazzled, constantly second guessing if I handled something correctly and anxious to answer calls from clients/OC. The worst part is I think people can tell I’m a mess....
