if you really care about your mental health then you should rethink about going for it. First of all the package is really low and the working hours suggest that the possibility of a work life balance is almost zero. The only gaining factor is the experience and if the company is well known then brand name.
I also have a data engineer skill-set but as a fresher i couldn't get data engineer jobs.. which company are you talking about. I am interested please let me know
Gain experience from that company and then apply to MNCs. You'll likely get paid more than your current package. The 2025 job market is highly competitive, and attractive pay packages are often reserved for freshers. Don't miss out on opportunities that are within your reach. View this as a valuable learning period(18 months). even i rejected 4.5lpa.jobs ,now i am getting 2.4 lpa jobs
Can you refer me there ?
Do not join. āYou should join. 18 months is not much as you need to learn and grow. Eventually 1.5 yrs is basic before one should be looking out for switching to another company.
I understand your situation but as the 2025 job market is a bit too competitive and lack of jobs join the company gain experience and skills and switch for a better package. And can you refer me
Can you please share relevant resources how you landed into a job as a fresher so that help others
