Does anyone know if Big Pharma (JNJ, GSK, Merck, etc...) give signing bonuses to experienced hires? I can’t find anything online. And roughly how much that would be?

Having read the Outward Mindset from the Arbinger Institute I wonder if any of you have used it in your business to help with a cultural mind shift? If so, do you have thoughts you can share? Thanks!!
Seeing a lot of posts about SDRs and concern over CTR and response rate. After a while you need to think about changing the medium, not the messaging.
Do seasoned enterprise reps actually think that MEDDIC helps the sales process? This is coming from the perspective that champions are undervalued and the economic buyer in a F500 company does not usually speak with vendors. The market here is developer tooling. Curious to hear thoughts as many sales leaders use MEDDIC as an inspection tool to manage sales reps with little practical value for deals.
Currently, we're using JazzHR for our ATS and importing new hires in ADP WorkForce Now, our HRIS and where we run payroll. JazzHR has been great, and ADP has mostly been a pain. We're also using Concur for expenses. Just did a demo with Paycom and was generally really pleased, except the ATS which seems really bare bones compared to JazzHR. Is it worth trading the ease and functionality of our standalone ATS to get an all-in-one solution?
Does anyone have any recommendations for a years of service awards vendor? We are looking to move to an online catalog where our employees can pick the gift they want. Thanks in advance!
Has anyone written the CHRL Employment Exam in Canada - Ontario specifically. What was your experience like and how did you prepare?

What does Sales Enablement mean to you? Does anyone here work in some type of Sales Enablement roll currently?
Just venting. I’m tech, and many employees (like 85%) think that being a jerk is a badge of honor and their EQ is like at high school level, so talking to them about diversity issues is like banging head against the wall. They insist that any diversity hire is costing a job to another person with PhD. On top of it, another fancy thing to do in tech is to hate HR. So the conversations usually are like “Oh, you’re in HR, I understand now why you have such a stupid opinion”.
What are other startups offering in terms of a 401k plan? Are a lot of start ups offering a match program?
What are your thoughts on having your webcam on/off for meetings with prospects? Do you have them turn it on, differences in industries for value of face-to-face, etc?
When an employee complains about their manager how do you address it?...The employee was not reporting any harassment allegations; it was the standard “I do everything and make my boss look good while my boss does nothing all day.” There is really nothing to work off of here and I don’t know how to respond other than “sorry that sucks” and “what do you suggest be done?”
How do your companies recognize technical (e.g., STEM) accomplishments? I’ve heard of old school things like fellowships and “Distinguished Engineer” titles. Wondering what other places do now. I’m struggling to see where my path leads if I don’t want to be a people manager and instead focus on becoming a top technical IC instead. Are there clear paths for that anymore?
So I just received an offer from another company and would like to tell my boss that I’ve been unhappy and received another offer. Ideally I’d like to stay and see some changes but I’m not sure if that will happen. Thoughts? Advice?
New job offers comp for trainings of my choosing. Any courses I should take to be a better writer?

Staying in Time Square for the next few weeks. Best Marriott Hotel? Between the W, Marquis, Renaissance and Edition. Biggest factor for me is room size and gym (any of them have access to a full gym?)
Any thoughts on how I can avoid paying the $200 change fee in American Airlines non-refundable tickets.
I can’t help but feel I’m underpaid I was an experienced hire at a boutique consulting firm with 2.5YOE in industry. I have now been working for a year at this firm and only make 75k base salary. I accepted the offer out of desperation at the time and now regret not negotiating a better deal for myself. Would love some advise on how I can get myself the salary I deserve.
Does anyone have tax software advice for my current situation? I must file "Married filed separate" however my spouse is an NRA and does not have an ITIN or SSN and she has never worked in the US.

Thoughts on big4 in Seattle and Portland areas? My SO is looking into job opportunities there, just wondering if audit firms will have open spots and what’s the culture like.
Some Marriott hotels in Japan verify if you are eligible to use the rate code. Luckily I was just using an EY one, but if anyone else out there uses one from another company be careful.
