Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.

How long have you been in the process? It’s a 6-18 month process for MD’s and sometimes longer (at the minimum end) for a P.
My direct admit process was 10 months
It was insanely long and it had quiet periods and it was another 90 days to clear background and conflicts

I went through this process at Deloitte back in H2 of 2023. Spent several months just to have them tell me the same thing. I have a sneaky suspicion that this is the way for the PPMD recruiter to gently say thanks but no thanks without saying the no part.

I do see some direct admit MDs coming in but only a limited few; not sure how long they have been in the process. It is mostly AI or industry specific; not a pattern though from what I see
I am a direct admit and my process took 18 months, almost 15 interviews. Hang in there.
Check out Deloitte’s Silicon Valley office partner MD promotions. In the biggest tech revolution, that office added just 3 partner, principal MD in total. Incredibly telling.
