Any advise for best study guide/Videos/Material to pass the SHRM-CP Exam?

My company is in need of a update online, could use your opinions! We need to better showcase our culture (caring, supportive, fun, intelligent IT industry leaders) as well as diversity. We are predominantly white still but making strides to improve here. What’s the best way to approach? I don’t want to seem disingenuous or that we are singling out our diverse employees (asking for photos). We have a remote and on-site workforce about 350+ EEs. Non white EEs make up about 35% of the company rn.

Thinking about getting into sales and need some advice. First sales job out of college was for PLS Logistics as a freight broker cold calling. 7 months later I left and went into finance for 4 years. Then HR for the last 8 months but I want to make more money… Talking with an ADP sales manager Monday for an outside role and a car dealership. Anyone have any advice or insight?

Is it normal to get a 50-80k raise for a promotion within a company?? I heard someone say they had 2 offers within a company so both teams were fighting for them, and another offer outside of the company, so his current company bumped his pay from $110k OTE to $180k.

How would you recommend moving from recruiting into a learning and development role?

Just started as an AE and I am responsible for the prospecting, running meetings, and closing the deal. Ive been doing like 50/calls per day with about 40 emails per day. I either keep getting rejection emails, VM’s or not interested over the phone. Can someone give me advice how to to get more people attend my initial meetings? Thats one of the big things I am measured on. Thanks!
