Dear fishes, After working in Autosar(CAN/FR/OS) configuration for 4 years, I wanted to switch domain to device drivers. So I bought a STM board. Joined some udemy courses. Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. Now I want to apply to companies like Nvidia Texas Instruments Qualcomm NXP Without any prior experience I am a bit nervous as people say the interviews would be very difficult in these.
Please help with embedded and prog ques for these interviews.
TIA. Please reply.
Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

I've been trying to update my resume with my last 5 years of experience and I'm completely overwhelmed. At this point I just need to hire a resume writer. I need someone who can talk to me about my experience and actually write the resume, not just edit an existing resume. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is ResumeSpice worth the money?

For under $300, I would definitely consider the cert worth it. At very least, it's excellent professional dev with a very affordable price tag.
Anything with D&I would be worthwhile. I'd go for it.
I think it'd be worth it - maybe LinkedIn stalk people who have gotten it and see what their roles are?
Thanks for the feedback! Price wasn’t really the factor in my questioning, more so quality of the program. I know that SHRM and HRCI def do a money grab with some of these things. I genuinely want to gain the knowledge since I don’t have many opportunities for experience in D&I in my current position. I’m happy to pay for a good learning program.
Money grab is the best way to put it!
