Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.
Client interview takes place in almost every service based company before joining as a billable resource, don't know what's the fuss is about. Also you will be getting other proposals soon in Nagarro, if your tech stack has multiple opportunities available.

I joined july and after so many rejection finally got project almost after 3months.
You will get plenty of proposals, i have seen almost 15-20rejections,
And best thing is after joining Nagarro I have improved a lot, interview pressures, so many rejections actually helped me a lot.But yeah I know how tough this journey
Same happened with me also in Globant. I was a automation tester in globant and I got rejected in 4 interviews and my tech partner started asking me if I used unfair means during globant interview. The time I heard this I was shocked how illogical tech partner is. If I can use UFM in globant round then I can also use it in client interview also. Later I resigned from globant. He really demotivated me. Even he has said to work really hard on my skills, I have done that . But he said something which I think it was inappropriate.
My tech partner was not having basic etiquette to talk with juniors.
Zs associate has the worst wlb just fyi. All the best.
If zs is worst then you have not heard about csx.
They have hectic interview process when you enter the company. Clients are mostly quite strict with contractors in Nagarro but yes, exceptions also exist where people are calm but it's rare and depends on ur luck. Hope u find a project soon. Good luck.
Even same thing happened with me, for one mistakes they rejected by saying I don’t have basic knowledge

If you fail, you improve for better.

Same here it has been more than a month I am not tagged to any project , nagarro has worst project tagging mechanism .
Yes i've received 3 proposal but in angular i am having 6 months of experience and in .net i have 2.9 years of experience so in all proposal they reject me because of my angular experience.

I joined Nagarro on June 1st and after a month they allocated me to the project without any interview and without asking my interest. I am a react Dev but they gave me jquery role since both related to front-end. I worked anyhow. But today (sept 20) they are releasing me from the project due to billing issue, since I am having 3.5yoe they are unable to get billing for me so, they wanted a less expensive resource for that .

Same scenario was with me and Publicis sapient and then after 5 months they fired
There were no requirements , but still staffing partner forced clients to take interview that resulted in rejecting the candidate , they were giving 1-2 opportunities and if you can not clear, they are telling that we don't have project so you are fired , I don't understand why did they hire

Think twice buddy, this is happening way too much, PPL with on going crisis and on set of recession better go with another company wherein u already know which client u would be working.

Didnt get tagged to any client interview or project for 3months, after which i finally resigned.
