Did anyone from Tekion Corp. get your ESOPs allotted for this new financial year? I was informed that it has not been allotted for anyone this year. But I couldn't trust that. Not sure my manager is saying the truth. Is Tekion planning to go IPO or buy back gonna happen? Any insight?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Do they think Texas will go the way of CA? Ie/ zoning and artificial cost inflation due to supply constraints by the govt? I’m 40 and recently transitioned to UX/Product Design. I completed a bootcamp, continue to improve my skills. I network, have coffee chats, attend virtual events, iterated my portfolio and resume. Everyone that I’ve spoken too so far say that I’m doing everything right and that my non-traditional background is an advantage. So why am I still unemployed? At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project.
