Do you have local businesses that will partner with your school and donate supplies? For example, out Staples store donates a lot of supplies to our school. We have what we call "The Staples' Room". Teachers can ask the office secretary if they can check the "Staples Room" for something. The secretary will go with them, and they can "shop" for the item they need (post-it note, posterboard, staples, tacks, tape, etc).

It's good that businesses do that, but it's also shameful that they have to pick up the slack. Our local cops have so much in their budget they don't know what to buy next, lately they've been showing off an armored car they'll probably never need. And teachers have to scrounge for basic classroom supplies.

I so agree. Organizations brag about all their expenditures and things they're doing, while students, families, and teachers struggle to just have the basic supplies.

We have something similar to that! We have a shared supply room where you can grab pencils, expo markers, paper, and other staple classroom materials. It's really nice to not have all the the responsibility of providing supplies fall on you.

It does make it nice to have a supply. Last year they gave us those great big, post-it note charts. We've used them for gallery walks, interactive lessons, team-building activities, etc.

Fishes two questions, what will be senior associate salary at Strategy&, glassdoor suggests 54k, is that correct or higher in cases? Also, what would be the average room rent (1shared room in a flat) near SE1 or within 30-45mins of travel time? Relocating from EU and not sure if it makes any financial sense.
