Does anyone else feel like it gets way more lonely with each job-level increase? Who are your “people?” Who do you confide in and seek advice from when you need it.

I’m feeling pretty alone and while I have connections in leadership areas at my org, it’s not apples to apples. I’m in a bit in a niche, so maybe that silos me a bit more.

I definitely feel that. I've had to start going out side of my company for engagement. There are lots of networking opportunities in my area though.

Yes but my best friends, including girlfriends who are now at the top of their careers are all in similar positions. While we may be in different industries, we’re all struggling with the same things.

EY GDS: CTC 12 ( 11.20 Fixed )
Publicis Sapient: 16 CTC ( 14.5 LPA FIXED )
Neudesic (IBM) 16 CTC ( 14.5 FIXED + WFH Remote Complete )
PubMatic: 22.70 CTC + 2 lakhs Joining Bonus ( 16 fixed LPA + Other benifits, stocks, etc )

It will be very helpful if you can suggest with some reason.
