I’m in the interview process for a manufacturing technology startup that closed series C funding earlier this year with a valuation of ~$1B. Does anyone know how to figure out what a good cash salary expectation/range is for a role that wants an MBA with 2-3 yrs consulting experience? Currently EM at a T2. Just trying to figure out the general order of magnitude pay cut someone should typically expect. TIA!

Upper management's direction is to put together the most aggressive deadlines we can. If we think a project will take 16 months, make the plan for 10 months then there's a chance we may launch in 13 months.

I understand that time to market is important in consumer product goods, but being constantly behind schedule and rushing everything is terrible for the team's morale.
