I don't. I have 3-4 questions prepared that I know will take a decent amount of time to get through. Once they've been answered, I don't see the need to ask any more.
I have to tell them I asked plenty already. I'm finished asking questions.
If I feel like I've found out what I want to know I just stop asking questions. I always figure that anything that goes on an in interview is some kind of calculated test. So I wouldn't want to look like I was wasting anyone's time with questions that didn't seem too important.
I tend to ask the same questions unless they’re answered in an interview. Each one is actually important.
1. Why is this role vacant? How was the person before me in this role like? What made them leave?
2. What qualities do you value most in your employees and how do you track success in the position?
3. What projects are you currently working on and how would this role fit into them?
4. What would my team look like if I got this role? What are their backgrounds? Or more specifically, what skillsets do my potential coworkers have that I would be able to supplement?
This is like 10-12 questions. Do you really ask this many? I feel self-conscious taking up this much time, or asking so many questions within questions. Curious how this amount of questions goes for you normally though because maybe I need to just ask as many questions as I want.

I don’t feel pressured to ask more questions. You should ask relevant questions pertaining to the job that they may have missed. Like when would start date be? What kind of tasks would you need me to do? What does growth look like in your job after 5 years
Yes, they keep asking me to ask more questions. I'm just like why at that point... 😩 I've had enough!
