Does anyone have any good tips for a fellow PgM whose team leads think that they don’t need program management but clearly do? Cross functional partners working with the team are asking for better organization and communication but the team is unwilling to hear feedback or make changes

You might have already tried this but maybe frame the need with a business use case. I’ve learned that a lot of folks think program management is micromanaging and following them around with a clip board when really it’s necessary operations. Or as questions “out of curiosity” such as “who owns cross-department strategic alignment?” “Who has the holistic view of how the company executed on our OKRs across departments?” “What is our company-wide planning timeline and dependencies?”

Hi Fishes/Seniors,
This will be the first time I will be in tax slab.
I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.

I have an offer from Cognizant for 29lpa with a JB of 1.75l on top . I am about to get the offers from timesinternet and LTI.


Can someone suggest which will be a better opportunity for me.

Also how much should I ask for to Timesinternet.
