What are the pros and cons of each? (hours and learning opps, not concerned about salary) Not looking to work long term in both and would likely want to transition into an FP&A role in the future. For people who’s saying industry is better, my first day was kind of a dumpster fire with meetings and works the second I log in. It was equally stressful as PA. Please tell me it gets better.
