Any tips, tricks for GMAT and using Magoosh effectively? I’m a month-ish out of test day, and using Magoosh... my practice test says 660 (although I did much higher on GMAT math than Magoosh math).

Today I encountered the strangest bug I have ever seen with Excel+Thinkcell. I have, as always, a separate Thinkcell sheet where I gather and structure the data (from other sheets) I want to make charts of. However, when linking this data to charts, all formulas in the sheet turns into values. This has never happened before. Anyone else seen this and knows what is going on?

Been in consumer insights all my work life (10 years) and considering pivoting to product or product marketing manager roles. Yet I have had some interesting convos for people manager roles in insights recently and wondering if I should maybe refocus my efforts there. I’m looking for a broader mandate than just my immediate pipeline. I have been enjoying insights but grow frustrated by the lack of decision-making power. I rather would want to take a path with high long term career potential.

Do we have any generic certification policy at HCL for upskilling.

Not talking about project specific or where RM needs to approve, as this tech (cloud) is something I want to learn, not part of my day to day work.

Hi everyone, I’m in need of prayers. My mom was admitted into the hospital recently, but they just found some nodules in her lungs. Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. Nothing has been finite, but I can’t help but prepare for the worst & hope for the best. The only thing getting me through this is my faith in God. I moved to a new city and reconnected with an old friend. We’ve been spending a lot of time together (not dating) and things are beginning to get a little steamy. He’s made it clear that sex is important to him in a relationship, but I’m celibate and plan to wait till marriage. I don’t see a future with him, but I enjoy being friends. Am I being selfish to hold on to him even though I know I would never give him the sex he wants? Should I just cut him loose right away? Please help.
