Does anyone have experience with a job interview presentation that is positive? Did you get hired?

I was asked to travel over night to present on “my approach” to a company’s problem last week. The problem is directly related to the role I applied to and I was hesitant to do it. Well, I did it anyway and now it’s pretty clear the company is using my ideas and approach…. And ghosting me. No response to my email to the hiring manager after both of her decision “deadlines” passed.

Yikes. There has to be a template out there to make companies agree to not use your ideas without an offer or compensation.

The VP told me in a subsequent interview. The hiring manager said “have a 90 day plan ready because the VP will ask you about it when you interview with him”. So I did. A few days later, the VP said in my interview “ [hiring manager] and I have been working on a 90 day plan because we have a report out to the board in June. Then he mentioned a couple of my ideas from my interview presentation earlier that week. It was a presentation he did not attend.

I have two offers from

OPTUM- 16 LPA(FIXED)
Siemens- 16 LPA(FIXED)

I am currently having 3.5 yrs of industry experience as Java Full Stack Developer.

Out of these two which company will be a better fit in terms of career growth, WLF and overall work culture.

I've been approached for a Manager - Technical Consulting position at Salesforce India.

How are the technical rounds on a quotient of 1-10(1 being very less and 10 being extremely technical)?
Should I prepare for something specifically?

And what is the current package provided by Salesforce for the same position?
