Siemens- 16 LPA(FIXED)

I am currently having 3.5 yrs of industry experience as Java Full Stack Developer.

Out of these two which company will be a better fit in terms of career growth, WLF and overall work culture.

Can someone please guide me here?

I have been offered 39K before tax at Helsingborg, Sweden for 7 Years experienced in Cloud Data Engineering. Currently at Big4 with 25 LPA. Holding an offer for 35LPA at India. Is it wise to leave India for Sweden work culture.

I have an exit interview coming up. Ive never experienced as many microaggressions as I have in this place, and it not only made me uncomfortable, but messed with myself worth in a bad way which took a toll on my mental health. Should I mention the specific incidents that happened on the exit interview but not name names? Should I just let it go? I want them to know how shitty the culture that allows this is.
