Does anyone use Bloomberg?
I currently use factset but now I'm trying out bloomberg for the first time. Which do you prefer? And do you have favorite functions in Bloomberg that you recommend to other equity research folk?

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

Interviewed for a sr. PM last Thursday. Was scheduled for 30min but we went to an hour and had a really good conversation. The questions I got asked I was told the answers were perfect by the hiring manager. I felt really good coming out of it but then followed up with an email thanking them for the time the next day and I never received a response or next steps. I’ve been working in algo-trading for 3 years and I hate it here. I feel like I’m not learning anything and I don’t trust my managers to know how to generate revenues (no strategic revenue growth in 3y) and I don’t even work in the math models or finance topics that seemed interesting when I joined.
