What is the next designation after this ? How much time usually JPMC take to promote to next designation? That's such a great question! It's completely natural to feel this way. It's like you’ve got this superhero cape on during the day, and then when you get home, it can be tough to just hang it up and relax. Finding that balance is key. I’ve learned that it’s okay to delegate, whether it’s at work or at home. Teach yourself how to be more and more okay with it.
Great question! I'm a single mom, so I'm in this role 24/7. It can be exhausting. It would be great to have another adult take the lead, but I guess that also means there's no mental switch required. I do notice it when I'm amongst friends.
