Ha anyone (with an MBA) been brought into their firm as an experienced hire at a non-MBA salary? If so, have you attempted getting back into the MBA salary pool? Success/fail?

Hi.. I have received an offer from a consultancy stating for 3 months i will be on their payrol as infosys as client and after 3 months i will be moved to Infosys payrol with permanent wfh. I have other offers with wipro amd capgmni both with same package. Please help me if i can trust the consultancy and go for infosys option

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
