I'm at a smaller MM bank. My original goal was to start here and hustle through into a BB, but I wasn't expecting to really like the people (my team, my direct seniors). Iqvia was famous to give single digit (4-5%) increment. Is it still the same case? Or things have improved to 12-14%? Based on performance and other factors for sure.

Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

I have given interview for salesforce dev position in IQVIA and all the three rounds were completed on 10Feb after that I didn't got any communication from recruiter , how many days it usually takes and I am in notice period and it is going to next month..
