Pay, quality of life, good client base and ability to remote work in and around DC are all factors. Would be a first lateral move ever so there is a real pro/con debate happening and I’m nervous to give up good roots. Considering a move due to a toxic partner at existing firm that seems hell bent on making me miserable.
