When you leave to industry, how long do you expect to stay in that position before getting promoted?

HiAll, My lead resigned and my manager informed me just 2 weeks before her lwd on this and asked me to take up all their responsibilities. I don't think this is not a professional way to handle things and KTs are not properly given. I'm really worried if this will affect my career. I'm not really interested to work in this project. I have tried many ways to release me from this project . But manager is really amendment to release as there is no senior member in the team.

People are great at EY but I know the work could be more interesting at BCG and also greater pay. Currently making $150k. Should I just stay put? What are the big draws of moving to BCG? I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.
