Folks recruiting for PE Ops/PortCo/Value Creation roles have you leaned more to 1 or 2 page resume? Got some helpful feedback from a headhunter that 2 page resumes aren’t necessarily bad for these roles.

Especially given that the company/fund isn’t getting the volumes of large corporates - so have more time to review

I’m on the consulting side (FDD) and I’m curious if there are PE firms with good WLB. I’m happy with my pay, growth, and hours. PE interests me but I don’t understand why anyone would want to consistently work 65+ hours a week every week. What’s the appeal? Making double the pay? What’s the exit plan?
