I applied to Amazon job in LinkedIn . Got a mail to complete a Hacker Earth test from Amazon . But i felt not prepared and didn't even try it thinking i might fail and they might not shortlist me the next time when i apply again after preparing .
Do they track any data like who didn't attend the test so they can ignore them next time? Or if i prepare good enough and reapply again after 3 to 4 months would this cause any issue?

I’m 54 and panic attacked were not anything I experienced during peri/menopause. My issues were more related to hot flashes, insomnia and morning headaches. Went on HRT and that all vanished in two weeks time.
Perhaps check back in with your therapist and get some new tips for dealing with anxiety and panic attacks
I agree.
In my late 40's I had those issues in a toxic environment. I got medicine and it helped tremendously. I feel that both the environment and peri menopause contributed. I'm still getting them now that I'm fully menopausal but they are much smaller. (Not sure that is the right word.)
Whenever you’re dealing with a scenario where you’re getting panic attacks there are underlying things besides stress going on. Check back in with your therapist to get that done ASAP. How much sleep are you getting? How much screen time are you getting? What else are you doing to alleviate the stress and I don’t mean drugs? When’s the last time you actually saw your doctor and told them about these panic attacks?
I should say, not much has changed medically recently.
You said you got the mental health help that you needed, what tools did you walk away with? I would utilize those first. What else are you doing to keep your stress to a minimum? How are you sleeping?
So do you know how many hours of sleep you get per night? And not everybody should get eight everybody’s different. Have you looked into breathing exercises for when you’re in the middle of a panic attack? Because breathing exercises automatically kick in your parasympathetic system, which will automatically get you out of the panic attack. What about ice baths especially if you’re home and you can do ice bath dunking your face into the ice bath, and that will also automatically kick down your heart rate. Have you heard of/implemented any of these?
I have never had panic attacks as part of the peri experience. Not to say that’s not a thing. I would revisit therapy and look at the other factors mentioned above. Maybe there’s something about leadership triggering you.
