There will be more such profiles after next 3 month, i am still wondering who likes to work here maybe peoples micromanagers who are earning >60LPA for counting your wfh, checking if team is coming to office on time then going home and login back and approving leaves.

1. most of the tech stack is outdated may be something of 1.5 decade old , they cannot change this , hired for something and asked to do something else. this is first frustrating point.
2. Most of the managers are from service based making life more hell there are no confined timings you are asked to come to office around 1030-11 am but again should be there in 10 pm call too.
3. Cheapest mindset when it comes to spending money on employees.
there are many more such in previous posts , if this center had new tech stack , good work and better management people would have worked even if the culture was toxic, neither you are learning nor management is interested to solve the problems, it has been a year for many not a single time hr or management came and took any feedback from employees nor had any 1-1 meeting with individuals to help them out. Just giving a salary and leaving you with a toxic manager. Now these guys just keep on fooling you like there is lot of new work , we have lot of new things bla bla. The story never ends. Neither they have focus on one thing a random meeting from manager that suddenly there is leadership change this changed that changed too many changes too lengthy processes even though you give 8 hours on job its not sufficient because of 4 hours of meetings, 2 hours of processes, 4 hours of development + 2-3 hrs of commute in traffic.
