For those connected to creative resourcing, is it best to reach out now for holiday freelance coverage gigs? Or are most agencies closed next week? Also wondering if it's best to reach out now for early January freelance needs? Or do agencies not staff projects until early to kid January?

How does your company manage (track) all of the documents related to a merger you are working on? Are you using a matter management software, a spreadsheet, shared file, etc? Keeping up with the moving pieces is killing me with just a spreadsheet.

We have a big project going on and I am the only point person(initiate it, did lot of work, and knows the deets well), seems like my mgr wants to get a headcount. But I want to use this opportunity to get promoted, how can I get this across? Mgr is new(they fired my old mgr), mgr’s mgr is new too(re-org). So not sure if I should/can make a case, or how.

It’s in the middle of the night so the perfect opportunity to share my story. I was diagnosed with MSH6 Lynch Syndrome in 2017. In order to be proactive I decided to get a full hysterectomy 3 years ago. Because of this I was forced into surgical menopause. I started on Estradiol patches for awhile then moved to a topical cream now am on the pills. Initially Premarin but due to increasing prices I’m back on Estradiol. I don’t sleep very well, still get hot flashes, and experience highs & lows.
