It’s 60 days. Go to OneCognizant portal, search for navigator & type in ‘separation’. You should get all the FAQs related to the same. Apparently, CTS has not released the Separation Policy document & hence it’s difficult to find these details directly.

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

Which one to choose?

Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.

Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .

I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.
