How can I be happier at work? I found myself keep comparing me to other colleges and feel I’m not as recognized or taking credits that I suppose to take, and this makes me unhappy and exhausted. FYI I’m competitive in skills and knowledge but not as good in politics and often feel tired to think about it. I also tried to not care about the recognition but then how do I make sure I get to move my path up and forward in the current role?

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? 1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.

Yoe is 2.8 and tech stack is DotNet Dev.

Which one would be better to join, considering the CTC, benefits and WLB?
