Got an offer from Cognizant for a Senior Consultant role without any discussion on CTC, location, or joining date.
Offer includes only a 15% hike, which appears below the usual Senior Consultant salary range.
Is this common? How do candidates typically respond? And what is the salary range for sr consultant at cognizant?
