Guys, anyone from project management field? PMO non tech?

Anyone else experience of a lack of passion for the job in this Covid world? I just feel like I’m excited about what I’m teaching because so many techniques are not at my disposal. I also feel exhausted by the mask. I’m all for wearing them, but wearing it all day drains me. Any helpful ideas to reignite the passion?

Does SAP SDC renegotiate on the CTC if we have an increased offer from another firm?

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. I am fairly green in academia (< 1 year) and I want to shift to an area of research which I always wanted to do but never could as a Ph.D. student (because of conflict of interest).
The issue I am facing is that due to lack of my documented research experience in this field (read, lack of papers) I am finding it very hard to land any grant and reviewers keep saying "The PI hasn't demonstrated any experience in said research" blah blah.
Any advice on how to overcome this?

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
